We'll fix it right the first time and you'll get exactly what you ask for with no additional costs.  We will keep you informed of the progress of your work or any concerns or additional problems we may encounter (particulary in boat repair), so you won't have to worry about any nasty surprises.  There is no unauthorised repair permitted, so you remain in control of your budget and we never sub-contract out any work.  We are flexible and will work in with you for completion times.
